What to Expect:

A full 2 hour evening session to bring you back to a blissful and peaceful place of balance by releasing stress and tension in the body through an astrology reading, intention setting ceremony, rebirthing breathwork and sound bath.

Suzanne will open the session with an opportunity to pull an inspirational card and discuss how the card resonates with you.

Eric will give an astrology update around the spring equinox.

Suzanne and Eric will guide you through an intention-setting ceremony to release old patterns and create space for new goals and dreams.

Suzanne will guide you through an embodiment exercise that will get the body prepared for the rebirthing breathwork utilizing a walking gong.

Eric will guide you through a rebirthing breathwork sequence to open, release and relax the body so that it will be open to receive the healing components of the sound bath.

Suzanne will perform a sound vibration bath, using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan metal bowls & gongs that will gently ease you into a deep state of relaxation and detoxing. She will end the session with an opportunity to ground yourself and process your experience.
