This sacred event will guide you through:

✨Astrology Reading to reflect on the current energies of the Summer Solstice, gain insight into your personal cycles & set grounded intentions for the season ahead.

✨ Rebirthing Breathwork to release tension, regulate the nervous system & create space for clarity and emotional reset.

✨ Sound Bath + Reiki featuring crystal bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, gongs & therapeutic frequencies to support deep relaxation, energetic balance & full-body restoration.

What to Expect:

A full 2-hour immersive experience designed to bring you back into balance by releasing stress & reconnecting you to a grounded, peaceful state through astrology, breathwork, reiki & sound healing.

Suzanne will open the session with an opportunity to pull an inspirational card & discuss how the card resonates with you.

Eric will give an astrology update around the summer solstice.

Suzanne will guide you through an embodiment exercise that will get the body prepared for the rebirthing breathwork utilizing a walking gong.

Eric will guide you through a rebirthing breathwork sequence to open, release & relax the body so that it will be open to receive the healing components of the sound bath.

Suzanne will perform a sound vibration bath, using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan metal bowls & gongs that will gently ease you into a deep state of relaxation & detoxing. Eric will come around and give individual Reiki to willing participants during the sound bath experience. Suzanne will end the session with an opportunity to ground yourself & process your experience.
