What to Expect:

A full 1 hour evening session to bring you back to a blissful and peaceful place of balance by releasing stress and tension in the body through the healing power of sound vibration.

Suzanne will open the session by allowing a few minutes to set your intention for your healing sound bath.

Suzanne will then perform a sound vibration bath, using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, and gongs that will gently ease you into a deep state of relaxation and detoxing. She will end the session with an opportunity to ground yourself, process your experience and ask any questions about the services she offers.
